Liftli is run by one person, so there is no ticket queue and no phone tree. Email is the fastest way to reach someone, and in practice that someone is Oded Tsamir. Expect a reply within one business day; if something is broken and blocking you, say so in the subject line and it gets looked at first.

If your question is “how do I connect Liftli to my assistant?”, the developer page has the setup for Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex and Cursor, and how it works covers the flow end to end. Billing questions are usually answered on the pricing page — plans are self-serve and cancel anytime.

Liftli is operated as a sole proprietorship by Oded Tsamir, based in Israel. It is not an incorporated company. Billing and invoicing are handled by Paddle as merchant of record.
